“If you haven't been to this cafe, then you're missing something very good in Beachhaven. I think it has new ownership and they deserve to survive. The coffee is great. It's Altura my husband's favourite. Lots of people were coming and going, which is good to see. The food could have been at any five-star establishment.”

“We decided to try this place after asking some diners who were just leaving if they enjoyed there food. Nice clean premises with an eclectic decor. We were seated with menus & hot Jasmine tea. So hard to choose from the beautiful pics in the menu! We ordered two types of fried dumplings, a pork dish and a beef dish. Food came out fast, nice big portions and full of flavour! Absolutely delicious!! Thank you will return soon.”

“It’s a tiny drive into the cafe. Drive slow you can zip right past it. Delicious Altura coffee. Lots of food options both in the cabinet and on the board. About 5 or 6 tables outside great on a sunny day. If there’s any left when you get there try the cheese scone !!!”

“Great place, loads of bars in browns bay but this one has a bit of character and the prices are the best around . Really nice friendly staff. Propa decent bit of food and portions are massive especially the hake and chips I think. If your just passing through I honestly recommend coming here for few beers and food.”

Its always a delight to come to Elephant Wrestler especially for big groups. They have plenty of space and kid-friendly atmosphere during lunch time. There’s a variety of food to choose from, always tasty, fresh and never dry. We enjoyed the pork belly and sirloin steak. Tiramisu is a must-have for dessert! We will definitely come back again.”

“Surprising night in Habibi Cafe, I live 45 minutes away from the city, it’s the only cafe/shisha open 24/7, came to buy some tobacco, the owner generously asked if I would like to join him smoking, with out hesitation I said YES, staff are very nice and welcoming, recommend 110% Will be coming more often. “Stopped in for breakfast this morning. Hubby had the big brekkie and I had the omelet with tomato, mushroom and ham. Both meals came with a 5 grain toast and we had a large mocha each. 100% the most delicious breakfast we have had in a café for a while. The food was so tasty and the coffee was great. We want to know where to get that 5 grain bread.... that was really good. Thanks team, we will see you again.”

“Best breakfast i have had in awhile at a cafe. Im the kind of gal that loves baked beans, mushrooms and hash browns. The hash brown tower was excellent and worth every dollar especially for the portion size. Coffees were very good and the customer service is very friendly. You'll definitely be leaving with a box after two big bowls of noodles and a massive mound of the sweet and sour chicken (or alternative option). Nice lady serving.
