Was there recently, bought $10 worth of chicken. Paid cash, the lady at the counter checked it back and forth for aaaaaaaages thinking it was fake. Really lady? Are you trying to accuse me of stealing or trying to scam you? for $10? ill take my money elsewhere, will never go back.
Despite the cleanliness and friendly service, I had really tried hard to support them. Unfortunayely was disappointed multiple times by their sub-standard quality. They cleverly disguise them in packaging. Pork has too much fat that hasn't been trimmed off. Chicken meat was a little slimy after one day when it due in 2 days time. Mince has too much water added so when you cook, those water comes out. After cooking, the meat can get quite dry which I don't expect in paying a slightly premium price compared to other butchers. Sadly, cannot recommend them and with these kind of business ethics, they will not last another year.
This is my to go to meat shop around botany downs and the area! They not only sell meats, also your weekend needs like sausages or roast for the BBQ!
