   I had a steak and cheese pie and although the pastry was great and plenty of cheese, the pie tasted very sweet!! Please no sugar in a savoury pie!

   Hot Breads sausage rolls is what really makes this an awesome spot for lunch for me. The pastry is extremely buttery and flakey and always hit the spot. The meat has quite a good flavour with slightly larger chunks of onion and herbs. At $2 each, there isn't really much to complain about at all. The pies however could be slightly better. The pies feature the same lovely pastry and are always a decent size with a nice gravy filling inside. The pies always hold together nicely and are always very filling. There are always big chunks of meat inside the pie. However, these chunks seem to be quite cheap cuts of meat as I have often found large, quite chewy pieces that are a bit hard to swallow. This bakery, with its slightly cheaper prices compared to other bakeries and lovely flaky pastry, will continue to be a lunch-break stop for me! Sausage roll - $2 Steak and Cheese - $5

   Bought a ham/egg/salad sandwich, a seafood roll and a large Sally Lunn, all being great value and really tasty. Service was friendly and efficient but the only negative aspect of our brief visit was that the roll had become a bit soggy under the seafood. Otherwise, excellent.
