   Authentic Korean cafe/restaurant. We really enjoyed the Gimbap, garlic and soy fried chicken, Toppoki, potato and egg salad and spicy pork with rice. Quite a feast really. The Toppoki Rice cake/noodle was soft and delicious with the spicy sauce. The fried chicken was cooked fresh while we waited, but the rest of the food was on a table in takeaway boxes. So not really hot/fresh.

   The gimbap was delicious, but that was it for me. A lot of the dishes were precooked and were sitting out on a table. The spicy pork didn't come with rice so you have to pay extra. The fried chicken took ages to cook, and they wouldn't do the sauce separately. Overall, I'd get the gimbap again, but that's all.

   It took 30 minutes to get a single lunch set of chicken and rice. No one else was in the shop. It was $18 for 5 small chicken wings with very little sauce and plain rice. Not great value and a bad way to waste a lunch break.

   The first time we attempted to eat here they were closed during their normal hours, so I left a 1 star review in spite of being really hungry and excited to try the fried chicken. We however went back yesterday, and as a man from Kentucky, I must say it was exactly what I was hoping for. The entire experience eating at Ogane feels very authentic, almost as if we were in South Korea itself. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and all around delightful. Dakogi in Highbury being our normal stop, the experience pales in comparison to this sweet spot. Pretty metal chopsticks, food displayed beautifully, decent price, free kimchi and radish, and a wonderfully sweet staff. Upon telling the staff of our first experience they stated they would update their hours to be more precise as well. For all reasons stated, five stars. Will be back.    Most amazing Korean fried chicken on the shore!! 10/10 flavour, quantity, quality! Service was very catering and kind! If I'm eating fried chicken, it's gonna be from here now!!
