Natasha was very thorough when she assisted me, when I need something to send her an email or call and she will get the product for me even if it's not exist in the store, will can bring it to you from another store.

   I recently visited the store and had a disappointing encounter with one of the staff members, an Asian elderly lady. While inquiring about health-related products, I was examining an item, and without warning, the staff abruptly took it from my hand. This lack of respect and consideration for customers is disheartening. I had hoped for a positive shopping experience but am now reluctant to return and hesitant to recommend the store to others. Improving staff training on customer interactions is essential for fostering a welcoming environment. Worst experience ever.
