Just the tables are so close together it kinda takes away from it a little and the two women next to us decided to air there drama and have a little domestic while my pregnant wife and I tried to enjoy a nice meal together. “Super busy in the weekend and a lot of the time there will be a line or waitlist. But it's worth it. The atmosphere is very good. Smokey and noisy. Most of the yakitori is delicious. Special mentions are the tsukune and beef tongue. Perfect with some sake.”

“This was a fantastic dinner! My wife and I chose this restaurant for our final evening in New Zealand, and it was the perfect way to end an epic trip. We started with drinks. I had a beer that was huge, and my wife ordered a chili margarita, which she loved. We both had the ribeye steak, cooked to perfection, with delicious sides. We also shared oysters, which were incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaging. “My friend and I had a beautiful lunch yesterday! My friend was not feeling very well. The staff were EXCELLENT and accommodated her request for something clean. They were willing to go 'off menu' and offered her a lovely lemon and ginger hot tea as well as a nice fresh chicken breast, veggies and rice. It sounds simple but it was exactly what my friend needed and wanted and she was very happy. I had a vegetarian meal of tofu, cashews, veggies and rice and it was DELICIOUS! Food and drinks arrives quickly. The lady serving us was so kind and genuinely wanted to find something that would be good for my unwell friend. We will DEFINITELY be back, it was a great experience and also a nice environment.”

“Decided to have Indian lunch after watching a documentary about Indian cuisines. We have ordered here before and knew that their food was amazing. It was my first time to order lamb biryani, chicken rara and tandoori platter. Usually I order the one I'm most familiar with (which is butter chicken) but today I wasn't disappointed with my lunch. It was very flavorful and everything tastes authentic. There's only 2 of us in the house but we got leftovers for dinner and tomorrow's lunch. “Family wanted pizza for dinner. We tried the Pizzeria tonight for the first time. 3 ordered: Mr Wolf Pizza; Pizza el Pollo; and Margarita pizzas. All of the pizzas were beautifully presented, light crispy base, and all flavours were delicious. Quality pizza, leagues above dominoes, would recommend and will definitely be going there on a regular basis”
