“Had a sensitive tooth was looked at by another dentist but unresolved so looked at options, came across Richard at Victoria Dentist, I took his advice and booked a check up, good value, he assessed and confirmed the tooth causing the issue, gave me my options, rescheduled me, I returned and had the tooth repaired (composite), good pain relief, very thorough, took photos of the cracked tooth, repaired, good communication, pain now gone, very happy with the result, will return for a clean. He is also very gentle when he works on you and does an extremely good job. “Thank you to the Team at The Dentists Whanganui in particular Jino. I turned up for the appointment with massive toothache and was accompanied by a girlfriend as I was terrified to walk in the door. From the very beginning Jino put a tearful lady at ease and made her very comfortable. He formed a plan for my teeth health and then met with my husband and I to explain every procedure that was recommended and why it was recommended. There was no pressure from Jino to have the work completed. Cut a long story short it took nine visits to Jino and one of those was with sedation. I had 3 extractions, 4 fillings and 6 crowns completed. I could not have done this without Jino’s compassion and understanding. He understood that for some just gathering the strength to walk in the door is going to be the hardest thing they do that day. Throughout each visit Jino was patient with me when I needed a bit of a moment and explained each step as he was completing the procedures. To anyone who has not been to the Dentist in a very long time due to being scared of the Dentist ….. Jino is the Dentist to visit.”
