   No, i dont recommend them! They arent there to help the tooth, they are there to cover the problem instead of helping to fix the problem. Its been almost 6 months now and im still in pain. Sensitive pain! You didnt put down the sensitive numbing agent over the nerve to help the nerve heal, you just plonked a filling on top! My last denist was more precise about how to deal with a sensitive tooth. Now, im going to have to spend another $400 finxing what should have been done in the 1st place. I spoke to you about the nerve, yet you failed. To put any treatment on. I told you that my tooth needed it and im puzzled as to why not? More money for you in the future when you think ill have to extract it?? Not impressed Japaneese guy!!

   We are from out of town and had to take our niece for a toothache, that was giving her issues as the dentist in our town was unable to see her until next week. The Dentist that worked on her was awesome and very informative. The owner Taryn,called today, a day after we saw them to follow up and give us some very happy and unexpected news. Thank you Parkside Dental! We have been here before for some other work, and have always felt good vibes from this practice, which is why we would travel the 2 hours from where we live to come here!

   Went in for a filling, got a quote for 4 times the work. Dentist recommended the removal of perfectly fine teeth which others have thought rather unusual leaving me with almost nothing else on one side! Probably should have recommended partial denture instead for missing tooth. When I asked for a full treatment plan they agreed but I never heard from them again.

   I have been to this practice twice and had Dr Laura and Dr Taryn, I found both of them to be informative and incredibly kind. I think this would be a great practice for anyone who is afraid of the dentist as they are so reassuring and sensitive to thier patients. I also felt the price was very reasonable!

   Rung this morning to see if they could fit me in some time as i had a really sore tooth. They fitted me in this morning because of a cancelled appointment. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Brian was the dentist that helped me today and he was fantastic very professional, but also very kind and understanding. i am normally quiet nervous about the dentist but he was great at making me feel relaxed and calm. I had two fillings, with very little pain and I left feeling great.

   I had troubles with one of my teeth and needed professional help. It wasn't easy to choose a dental clinic - I had no experience with NZ dental surgeries and was a little worried about the quality of care I would receive. I'm really glad I finally chose this place! It was easy to book the appointment via phone call (which may be important for other foreigners who are insecure about their English). The dentist was very professional and friendly at the same time, and explained everything well. Her assistant and receptionist were also super nice and understanding. It has been only a week since my visit so I cannot tell whether all the troubles are gone or how long the new filling would last, but my impression was that a precise, highly profesional work had been done, and despite the sensitivity of my tooth (which I was advised of) it feels right. Compared to other places I considered, the prices seem very reasonable, too. I can highly recommend this place.
