I had a mixed experience that I would like to share. I utilized three different types of services: filling in the back and front teeth, removing wisdom teeth, and cleaning. I would rate the experience and quality of removing teeth, cleaning, and filling the back tooth as a solid 5 stars and would recommend this place for the above. However, I can only give 3 stars for the service of fillings at the front teeth and unfortunately wouldn't recommend it after my own experience. The 3-star experience. I needed to replace the old filling at the front tooth and because it was covering the front visible part of the tooth, it was crucial to get it right. Unfortunately, I had to come back 5-6 times (can't recall the exact number..) due to various reasons, such as the not right color, excessive width, uneven shaving in a visible area, and a piece of the filling breaking off, etc. Each time, I was rebooked without any issues. After the 5th or 6th visit, the front result was probably the best (right color, shape, polishing), but the tooth became thick at the bottom on one side. I was informed that it was the best that could be done. After wearing it for a few days, I was still dissatisfied with the result. Considering the previous attempts and after I was made clear that nothing can be done for that state, I decided not to return to the same place for the 6th or 7th try. I visited a dentist specializing in working with front teeth to address the thick part. The work revealed a bubble, that explained the thickness. The tooth was redone, and the result was finally satisfying from all sides. When I contacted Marina, explained the situation and that the tooth had to be redone, shared funding, and since the desired results were not achieved despite multiple attempts, I inquired about my options. The only option offered was to provide proof of the bubble for a refund. The end of the story was that of course I didn't have pictures (my first experience of such a situation), so I am also sharing story as a lesson for others. In my personal opinion, I believe there could be a more amicable resolution to close this matter without losing a regular customer, considering the desired result was not achieved, and the tooth was eventually redone elsewhere.
