   I had put off going to the Dentist for some time as my last experience was not what I wanted. Sarah and the team at Lake Road Dentists were amazing,friendly,caring,empathetic and made me feel as if I was a special person. Sarah made me feel comfortable from minute 1 as I have a medical condition that does not make things straightforward in regards to anesthetics. Sarah discussed with me how these risks would be managed without looking at the time. When I had the treatment that needed to be done Sarah was so gentle I did not need any pain relief. My mental and emotional health has improved dramatically since I saw Sarah and the team at Lake Road Dentists. I have advised Sarah that she is not allowed to retire as at long last I am comfortable about going to the dentist

   I am definitely not a big fan of the dentist, but coming here is honestly such a great experience! Everyone is lovely and are amazing at talking you through everything that’s happening and just overall makes a very calm environment! Would definitely recommend for everyone!

   Without exception, every member of this team made the dental experience from the very first moment to the last the best I have ever experienced. The level of genuine kindness and care is made more evident in that it lacks in most other practices - for me it was only upon coming into contact with everyone here that I realised what has been missing. And then there is the amazing Sarah; every detail was explained and discussed, every choice and possibility was on the table and I was included in informed decision making. You will be treated with dignity, genuine empathy the best dental care without doubt and if you are price conscious I am sure you will not be disappointed. Aucklands best kept secret… or maybe not if you have read the other reviews!!

   Sarah and her team were so amazing. My daughter was very nervous after a bad experience at a different dentist and they truly went above and beyond to make her feel cared for and safe. Not only that but Sarah explained everything to us so well, and went the extra mile to help us. Thank you so much to all of you, this was the best dental experience I have ever had. Absolutely recommend

   So lucky to have found this Dentist and Sarah who looked after me, I have lived in New Zealand and Queensland, I am 72 and always had a fear of going to the dentist. I had a bad experience in lockdown and had problems with my tooth and an infected gum, we live in West Harbour and our close family friend recommended Sarah, I was at first negative having to drive to the North Shore. However plucked up the courage and made an appointment. Sarah is the best dentist I have been through and talked me through what was wrong and what treatment I needed to fix the problem which was what I dreaded a root canal. Anyway after two visits it’s all done and I am so happy, minimal discomfort and I never even felt the numming injection. Deb her assistant was brilliant and the whole experience was really good, fro now on Sarah is my dentist. Thank you and your staff for such professionalism. Will recommend you to all my scared friends and family.

   Amazing service ! Had really bad sudden pain in one of my wisdom teeth .. rung after hours, Sarah fitted me in next day saturday ... Really appreciate it ! Sarah is amazing ,explains what needs to happen in a way that is easy to understand - a true professional felt completely at ease - wound up doing a wisdom tooth extraction on the spot ! Thanks again :)

   Highly recommends Andy. Thank you so much for doing such a great job cleaning my teeth and patiently explaining to me the tips on looking after the my teeth. I had braces years ago; the glue from the braces was never fully removed creating a rough surface on some of my teeth. Really appreciate how Andy went the extra mile to smooth it out for me.

   I have to admit I'm not fond of dentists. It had been a while since I last visited one and I went to Sarah with some pain (and not a small degree of trepidation). I expected the worst but Sarah and Skye were so calm and gentle that I don't know what I was worrying about. A lot of cleaning later, a recommendation to go with an electric toothbrush, and I'm now very happy and even looking forward to my next visit
