   I needed a new dentist as mine was no longer available. I chose Dentist on Shakespeare after reading their great reviews. As others have commented, I found Dr Mickey Zhou to be an outstanding dentist. I loved his calm and measured approach and really appreciated his clear communication with all options. His techniques were gentle. My interaction with their other staff was equally pleasant.

   I was looking for a new dentist and a friend mentioned she saw Mickey Zhou and was happy with the practice. Following an unhappy experience elsewhere, I thought I would try them. So very pleased I did! Following a friendly greeting from the receptionist, I quickly relaxed and was very comfortable with Mickey’s treatment. I have found if I have any queries, Mickey gives me a well considered answer which I appreciate. This practice is a great fit with me and I am quick to recommend the practice to friends. I have now been seeing Mickey and his team for the past couple of years and hope to be seeing the team for many years to come. Thanks Dentist on Shakespeare for great service!

   Just had a terrific experience at Dentist on Shakespeare ... 3 sessions for root canal treatment - so I was, as you might imagine, a little bit anxious. But I needn't have been. Mickey walked me through the procedure answering any questions carefully and thoughtfully. The experience in the chair was without fault: good communication throughout so I knew how we were tracking, relatively pain free, very little discomfort and above all a very successful outcome. Thank you Mickey and all at DOS.

   Had an excellent experience at this practice. Felt very welcome and relaxed as soon as I came through the door, the front desk staff were so friendly and chatty. Had some work done by Mickey to fix shape and colour of one of my front teeth which had been an issue for a number of years. Mickey did such a good job, I absolutely love the end result. Also had a clean and polish done by the hygienist, Kendall. Kendall did a thorough job without causing any pain or discomfort at all, and left my mouth feeling sparkling clean. Big thank you to the whole team. Looking forward to my next appointment!

   Very friendly and professional team. Anna is very helpful with booking appointment and always make you felt welcomed. And Mickey is very experienced, professional and very patient to explain detailed before starting the treatment. And friendly Lyn helped cleaned my teeth. Here is the best dental clinic I've ever been in Auckland. Highly recommended.
