I brought 2 pairs of DVS shoes, they didnt fit my big goofy feet, the Bro Olly at Empire Skate was the most kind and helpful person at talking me through a super easy exchange process so i could return the shoes in exchange for a larger size. My daughter had her ears pierced here and they were soooo lovely, no issues, no infections, a simple saline solution for at home with great home care instructions. After her first change of earrings she couldn't get a new pair in, rang the store, they told us to come on in and their incredible staff member managed no issues. Huge relief for my daughter and I.
