There’s a decent spread of food which is kept topped up with fresh items and the free pour drinks are never left running low either. All the seating is comfortable with plenty of electric sockets throughout, with good views out of the large windows. Nice decor throughout with some pleasant reading available makes it relaxing as well as functional and the bathroom facilities are clean. Best of all are the informative yet entertaining announcements made by the front desk - I’ve never been kept so well informed during delays and there’s no chance of you getting to the gate too early, or indeed late, with the key information they share - brilliant service! I look forward to returning.”
