   I don't usually post criticisms publicly however the price we paid for the subpar service entices me to provide an honest review. For approx. $52 for two drinks this cost included the host calling us out on our inability to find the entrance (on an unmarked door) plus the waiter to literally leave our table mid-order to seat/welcome a new table beside us. I was in the middle of explaining an allergy when she said they were unable to accommodate my drink order and literally excused herself to then wait on another table. Once returning she took our order (I chose a different drink as apparently they cannot make a cocktail from scratch?) And we also ordered the potato bravas. The waiter then proceeded to remove all menus off the table, even though I had made a point to leave my drink menu open to read the content inside. The drinks arrived via a different waiter, but our food never did. By the time anyone thought to check on our table (and see the untouch cutlery suggesting we were waiting on food) my friend and I decided we did not want to continue our experience here and left. Regardless, if we had wanted another drink we wouldnt have been able to order anything as the first waiter had removed all food and drink menus off the table without asking. At the bill we were greeted by a different member of staff, we made no comment at the time as at least the food-that-never-arrived was not included on our bill. But after we paid over $50 for two drinks and sub-par service I feel enticed to leave a review. I understand and respect new staff and potentially room for error, but when a guest pays over $50 for literally two glasses of liquid probably equating to about 200ml total, one expects a higher quality of service or at minimum training and support to said new staff so their tables aren't left hungry and disappointed in the experience. To the experienced staff that delivered our drinks and printed the bill, they should have checked in on our during the service and asked for feedback, or at least recognized we were waiting on additional items (via the food plates given to us, or lack of menus on our table).

   Me and my wife are regular to park hyatt for breakfast lunch or dinner. The staffs are more than excellent. Service is beyond words can describe. We really enjoy this. This is me and my wifes go to place. I want to thank to all the hard working staffs. Live entertainment is also excellent.

   Jason and the team at the Captains Bar are world class! A big thank you to them for making our evening so special. Amazing cocktails, stunning view, great atmosphere, delicious food. The rum flight is fantastic experience. Recommend to anyone visiting.

   Just tastefully elegant. Nice background music. Comfortable with a fabulous view. Food and drinks were delicious. The service was excellent just a little too much - if you can see we are in a deep conversation, please just wait to politely interrupt. I did enjoy my evening here and would definitely recommend it.

   My experiences were _bizarre_. The first time I walked down to the bar from my room, the place was busy. Grabbed one of a number of seats at the bar, and just felt unwelcome. Hard to order and I just got that vibe. The second time I went down was even more bizarre. Not busy - at all. The manager is introducing himself to every other group, including others by themselves. Still hard to get an order in. Am I wearing the wrong clothes? Is my hair too long? Is it that I didn't walk in off a yacht (yeah, actually a thing)? I will be visiting other bars next door in Wynard the next few days...

   Very Good selection of spirits. Food very poor. Female staff member great but truly terrible service from the Gentleman Manager. An embarrassment to a great hotel.

   For such a lovely hotel, this was a terrible hotel bar. On menu cocktails were poor, off menu were OK. There was nothing special about the bar. At best medicore - not something you would assoicate with the Park Hyatt

   Nice venue as you expect by the water front. Classy and quite bar inside the Hyatt hotel with convenient access directly from outside also. Worth stopping by for few drinks.
