I called the store and Erwin ( Adelaide road store Manager) attended the call while he was supposed to shut the store within 15 minutes, understood my situation with empathy and immediately sprung into action . He went above and beyond his working hours in assisting me with the removal of the punctured tyre and replaced with a new one . “My niece recommended I see these folks. My car developed an intermittent fault where the electrics just crapped out.. I did some simple stuff and was able to get car started etc.. Took car in first thing in the morning and explained situation and symptoms.. We developed a plan for a cost effective diagnostic. After making sure the car was fully 'HOT' returned where the team went to work and poked and prodded.. They could not reproduce the fault but did check more than I could do myself.. Am I pleased? INDEED I AM!! CAnnot ask for more than has been done.. Car may still crap out, however they are happy to help whilst I'm still in Upper Hutt.. Five Stars, Customer focused and provide as much info as they can about what they have found/done etc..”

We were even given some sound advice for a way to make the project better, which we are going to do. I thought we were charged a very reasonable rate for the work completed.
