I got my car serviced along with the transmission 3 months ago. I noticed a leak and took it to the nearest mechanic who asked if anyone has been playing with the car and told me that the transmission sump is loose. I answered that the only one that has would be David Watts Auto as I have no idea what to do with cars. I then called David to ask if he had any idea about the issue (He had forgotten about the job as it was a few months ago which is fair) but he had a good idea of the issue as it is common. I was confused further in the conversation when I asked if he could fix it but he said something like "You will have to take it to a shop because we steer clear of transmissions". As he serviced my transmission. He also added that he can't see it as he's fully booked this week which is fair. I liked the good price and the customer service but I am real confused as to the statement he gave me.

You'll get no nasty surprises or add-ons here, only the work that needs to be done at the fairest price possible.
