   I've been using Josh and his team for years before he acquired Steve Jude motors. They've always done a great job at a fair price and they always communicate first if your car requires more repairs than expected. Excellent mechanics.

   Never ever go for W.O.F. and repair. They deliberately fail the w.o.f to tell you to fix lot of things which are not considered for w.o.f. Labour and repair is quite high than the whole town. Last owner steeve was good and charged genuine price. Now this workshop is under new ownership but still with the same name. He failed my two cars wof and other mechanic passed it straightway saying nothing is wrong. Not recommend.

   I do not recommend going here at all especially if you’re a young female who has a very little knowledge about cars because they will 100% take advantage of that . I went to Steve Jude motors because they had good reviews and I heard good feedback from other people .I was going in for a WOF but failed on a couple things being my door which I fixed myself , my ABS light and broken taillight. They told me they could get the taillight second hand and “cheap” and also said if I were to go to the VW shop it would be a couple hundred dollars. Well I was charged $130 for a bulb anyway . Then I had to take my car in multiple times over a 3 week period and sometimes had to leave it there for a few days while they worked on it . After all that they ended up giving me a WOF (15 Feb) before my car was even finished and fully legal .I got told to bring it back in a weeks time because they had given me a wof before my car was even ready which at the time I thought was normal . So I took it back in 13 days later and the next day while my car was at the shop getting the ABS light “fixed” I get a phone call (1st March )saying it’ll be $654.98 , that I had to pay right then otherwise I wouldn’t get my car. or would increase by 10% . I went down and payed straight away because i was so desperate for my car which I needed .So much for being a “cheap” job not to mention I asked how much it would roughly cost at the start and I never got an answer , they just made it sound like it would be an easy / affordable fix . I understand the labour fee but what I didn’t like was they never kept me in the loop about how much it would be . If I knew at the start it was going to costs that much I would definitely not have gone here and asked around at other places . I wish they would’ve told me when I asked or kept me updated about the cost. After that I ended up getting my car and after being disappointed at the bill my drivers door no longer locked anymore with the rest of the doors and after a month of having it the ABS light still doesn’t turn off after 7 seconds like it was suppose to .The steering wheel was still in pieces from where they worked on it and my seats were still up ??? Surely you have time to put everything back how it was if you have it for that long . I understand they’re a busy company but its not professional . I wouldn’t go here unless you’re okay with not knowing how much anything is going to be until they ring you at 8am and tell you , you have to pay $654.48 in full otherwise you don’t get your car back.

   Steve is a great mechanic, very honest and trustworthy, had alot of work done by him over the years. Reception at the front desk wasn't very good at my last visit though. She could work on her customer service skills otherwise good as gold.
