   As a ratepayers I do not accept having to pay twice to use the pools. I pay an entrance fee....then get charged again for using the diving pool???? I don't get charged for using the swimming pools...there are life guards on duty at all pools so saying it's to cover costs doesn't wash with me!

   Public facility run by council and it is fairly good. Nothing special. Probably the cheapest out there. Hopefully the ongoing upgrades of the facilities would please the users but yea upgrades are always welcomed. Learn to swim is a bit hit-n-miss at times since they are times don't have regular teachers but the rotation works fine. The team lead is very supportive and the admin staff is also very supportive and polite. I would continue with them since there are not many options at this price range. Please make more pools to cater newly built suburbs like Rototuna North etc..

   It was a good choice to celebrate my daughter's birthday in this place, full of amenities. From the hydroslide, different sizes of pools and playgrounds. We came on Tuesday, so the tables are free to use. We came unbooked; we were thinking it was weekdays. In the reception area, we were advised to book early as we were expecting more than 30 persons. But Izzy, a lovely receptionist, helped us to make it happen by asking for permission. I was nervous at first, as we already invited the people and bringing all the food in this place. At first, I was apprehensive because we had already invited others and were bringing all the food to this location. I'm grateful to you, Izzy, for your kindness and consideration. Your greetings, smile, and genuine heart made my daughter's birthday a success. You bring blessings to both us and others; you made them enjoy the day. God bless you Izzy! Only the things that we didn't like were not allowing us just to write their name, and we can pay it all together. The manager said that it would be hard for them, but it made it difficult for us to keep coming out and pay. Thank you so much Waterworld and thank you Izzy! God bless everyone.

   Great place kids love it they have warm pools indoor for adults and also has a kiddy pool. They have big open area outside for parties get togethers picnics I have previously had my boys birthday party there where we got a party room and were allowed to bring outside food. Staff are also always friendly.

   Booking in a rugby team on the weekend around one of the busiest times is poor management. Putting out a sign and saying "full capacity", as well as "one out, one in". Then people walk in and are told "Nope, we're full capacity, nobody can come in". We walked in to hear that. Then i tell my wife that we're not coming back here again and will stick to Gallagher Pools in Melville instead, only for the woman behind the counter to tell me that they're also closed. We did just come from there... and we weren't talking to you. I'll admit that cursing at her for putting her fat nose in our business was impolite.

   5 weeks of trying to get a hold of them, no one answering the phones or replying to the contact us page. BBQ's broken for weeks and no plans on repairs but still advertising them for hire. The staff have no care in the world about foul language being screamed left right and centre from the parents and children (some that look to be under the age of 10) in a facility that should be child friendly. Those same kids puching and cutting in line on the hydroslide and the lifeguards dont care at all. I wouldnt recommend anyone to hold a childs birthday here, you cant cook the lifeguards dont care, staff dont care, mould in the changing rooms.

   Waterworld Hamilton is a great facility with something for everyone. Very popular and can get quite busy especially if there is a swim competition on. Changing rooms were clean and pools too. Best to get there early.

   Water world is a fantasy world for kids to enjoy in water for a full day. It is an amazing place to spend your time with family and kids. It’s provides a variety of services those who want to learn swimming, water gymnastics, swimming practices, water amusement for kids , relaxation area , cafeteria, and gym. It is well maintained, fully disciplined area. Moreover neat and cleanliness is another appreciative factor of this place. Welcome for all ….enjoy at least one day with Water-world.
