   The only choice for swimming pools is Narellan! We had a very interesting site to excavate, originally engaged a different company for our pool dream and it was a disaster! Narellan rescued us, nothing was a problem, their communication, passion and knowledge was unbeatable. They were genuinely on the journey with us every step of the way, only wanting the outcome that was best for our family. Sheena is one of the best customer service members I have ever dealt with and the rest of their team mirrored that genuine level of competence and care. They did everything they said they would, I have had complete trust in their team and their product. A swimming pool is a significant undertaking both logistically and financially and I would only recommend Narellan Pools to make your lifestyle dreams come true in the easiest way possible.    I had an excellent experience with Narellan Waikato! From all aspects of delivery—from sales to field staff delivery to handover—the service was top-notch. The team did a fantastic job with the installation, and the owner even stepped in on a few occasions to ensure everything went above and beyond expectations. The pool is a serene 8, and the kids are enjoying it daily. It’s been a great addition to our home. Highly recommend their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Great service all around!

   Narellan Pools Waikato have been awesome. We decided on getting a pool installed when covid hit and we couldn't go overseas so invested in making home like a holiday destination. We have not regretted it. Narellan have been brilliant from start to finish. Nothing has been too much trouble for them to assist with questions and support even 2 years later. The halo chlor system screen stopped working, a quick call to Narellan and a contractor was organized and it was replaced. Needed the lights on the new screen sinced, no problem phone support was given. A loose coping stone, no problem, a tiler was organized. Sheena gets it sorted. Really approachable and friendly and helpful customer centric service. I would totally recommend this company for quality product and customer service and the right contacts, including landscaping ideas. If you are thinking of ininvesting in a pool, think Narellan Waikato.

   We have recently had a Grandeur 11 pool installed by Narellan pools Waikato. During installation, we hit some issues with soil conditions. With John's expertise and experience , he was able to navigate through this and come up with practical affordable solutions. John and Jacque along with all staff onsite were great to deal with, offering advice and tips along the way. We have also had two other family members have pools installed by Narellan Waikato in recent months. Highly recommend. By the way, we have same surname as John and Jacque but not related in any way. We did try for an extra whanau discount, lol.

   The team at Narellan were fantastic. Grant was on site for the install during a very busy Summer season and helped with every detail. The pool was ready just in time for Christmas as they worked so hard to get it done in time. We recently needed help with moving the pump shed during renovations and Miguel and Andrew were so helpful and great with advice and their time. Would recommend.

   “After researching many Waikato pool builders we engaged Narellan pools Waikato to do our swimming pool at our Cambridge country property. Couldn’t be happier with our decision. The advice we received along with our own vision has given us a fabulous pool complex. We also decided half way through to buy another property and had a sudden tight deadline to get everything finished on time. Narellan came through for us. Like any project there were small changes and questions along the way. Each time these were answered and resolved promptly and the whole project has been an enjoyable one.
