   Very well-maintained facility, many shower places and there are rooms for parents. Simple layout yet functional. Most importantly, accomodating staffs and great, patience instructors. We have been with a few of different instructors, we love their passion in teaching our children step by step until they can fully grasp the skills according to their levels. Staffs are amazing. Friendly and will try to accomodate our needs. Been surveying and attending other swimming facilities, personally Te Rapa HB is the best and worth the money.

   Love the pool, the teachers/staff are great, the environment is really friendly. There is a family room with a shower if you have multiple kids. Great baby changing table area, open poolside showers for the kids to rinse off, 2 shower cubicles in the girls changing room. Only downside is no showers in the boys changing rooms, so Dad's or boys over 6 years old can't have a proper shower after swimming.

   Hilton brown is always been its best for my daughter and working as staff for me the teachers and community are so supportive and understanding on situations and being able to hear and listen to mind and my daughters needs, the swim instructor and pool deck are always patient, encouraging, always coming down to eye levels and just being able to interact and enjoy swimming.

   We have a 3-year-old daughter who attends Hilton Brown for her swimming lessons. We had been going to another swim school for 18+ months and saw very little progression in skills there. We decided to make the switch to Hilton Brown, and it is one of the best decisions we ever made. Our daughter has progressed incredibly fast with her lessons due to the level of attention the kids receive from the teachers. We are honestly blown away and wish we had come here from the start! Our daughter is excited to go swimming and is so proud of herself, she looks forward to seeing her swim teachers!
