“Haven’t been for a while but popped in for lunch with a couple of colleagues. The service was great - wait staff were very attentive and pleasant (they actually smiled - you don’t always get that these days). The meals themselves exceeded my expectations, both in flavour and size. There was also no issue with a small meal alteration I had. And I had an almond hot chocolate (which can sometimes be a bit hit-or-miss depending where you go) but it was nice and hot, and absolutely delicious… 10/10”

“Always awesome. As a couple we would visit Bootleg at least monthly and each visit is just a great experience. The venue is comfy, rustic, an excellent example of giving life into an old building. The staff go out of their way to welcome us and free tastings are part of the experience. “I love stopping by when I'm in the area. Staff are professional and kind, and the positive energy they project reflects on to the food they serve. Sushi is incredibly delicious, and so is the Ramen! They have a variety of sushi to choose from, which is a bonus for those wanting to expand their palates. They also have a variety of beverages to choose from, including Japanese imported drinks! The restaurant is always neat and tidy and has a beautiful Japanese feel to it! The atmosphere of the restaurant feels peaceful and calm, and this is one of the many reasons I love coming back here. To note, on my most recent visit to the store, a staff member was so generous that she gifted me and 3 others sweet & salty rice crackers. How grateful we were! Thank you, Sushi Magic!”
