   The worst and most unprofessional encounter I've ever had in the hospitality industry. I ordered from doordash this evening and the pickup time kept on delaying, when I went to the store for pickup and confronted one of the staff members said that they haven't received my order. I showed him the order on my phone then he found the docket and said that it skipped their mind to prepare it, it was already 15 minutes beyond the pickup time and them a other staff member tells me very rudely and straight faced that wait for 30 minutes atleast , or else cancel it from your app. Close the shop if you don't have manners or experience in this industry. Worst worst worst pizza hut experience, I hope the brand snatches away the rights from whoever owns it.

   I went yesterday to pick up my pizzas from the store. I waited there almost 40 minutes. I am regular customer of this store but this time not happy with the food. Pizzas were burnt. I don’t mind the wait as long as food is good. Almost like No toppings on the pizza and way too much sweet chilli sauce.

   Worst experience ever! I ordered vegetarian pizzas from Pizza Hut Flagstaff worth around $55, and they were honestly the worst pizzas I’ve ever had — hardly any toppings, dry, and completely tasteless. I tried calling the store several times, but no one answered. When they finally picked up, they hung up on me right after I mentioned my complaint! Such rude and unprofessional behaviour. Totally disappointed — never ordering from this branch again.

   Regular Uber eats customer of this store. Charges extra for dipping sauce and doesn't provide opt out option but then fails to include it. After 4 or 5 times having this happen, I contacted the store with a complaint/compliment. The response was 'k' and immediate disconnection. I understand busy, but it doesn't take much to be polite. And if someone is paying for a service, doesnt receive it and calls to inform you without wanting a refund, maybe you should appreciate being informed of a problem before other customers are impacted and complain louder.

   I don’t usually leave comments on fast food restaurants, It’s just the nice friendly Pizza Hut employee asked if I could leave a comment, and I said yes, so here we go. 5/5 for customer service, The online app said my pizza will be ready for pickup at 1:21pm, got there bang on 1:20, and the employee was putting my pizza in the box straight out the oven. 5/5 for pizza, I have had some pizza from other restaurants and there’s been hardly any toppings, or one maybe two slices had no toppings but the other six do. Every slice had toppings on my pizza. Just realised while writing this comment after eating the pizza, that I can post pictures with comments, oh well, next time.

   Can I have some filling with my crust ? We have been coming here for a long time, but recently its been hit & miss. This was my last visit. The quality is rubbish & often they get the order wrong. Will be going to a different pizza place from now on.
