   Thank you so much for the great quality of service the food was absolutely amazing.I took my family of 3 kids ages were 5 & under four teenagers and three adults .We were seated and food came out straight away we had placed our meals when made our booking for faster service highly recommend.From the starter to desserts with a few cocktails in between the whole family enjoyed every minute of our time here. Will definitely be back for more. Absolutely recommend A++++

   We arrived at 610pm and ordered drinks. Meals ordered by about 630. Our drinks order to a good half hour to come out and the food didn't arrive until after 8. And then it was cold and the ribs were chewy. Very disappointed having had good experiences at other lone star venues. Management were apologetic and have us a discount on the meal citing kitchen issues. Certainly won't be rushing back I'm afraid.

   I booked online for a 6:30pm slot. We arrived at 6:10pm and had a drink at the bar where we were told we would be called at 6:30pm for our table. At 6:40pm I went and asked if our table was ready. We weren't seated till 7:10pm. We ordered a selection of starters to share, the bread was stale, calamari was chewy and the ribs were cold. I think we would have been better to go next door to the good neighbour and get a share platter for $45 which includes calamari, nibbles, pork belly and chips.

   Ten of us visited Lone star for dinner. The place was nearly empty. Lots of seats were available. We had made reservations but we were able to choose the seating when we arrived. This was great. The atmosphere is great, the Lone Star architecture has a lot of stain that brings out a western outlook. The food was nice but mains are more than $30 plus. You can also order two entrees to make up your mains. My only negative feedback is this: it would be good if all the food came out together so we can start together. Some main came out after 10 to 15 minutes and by this time some of our colleagues were just finishing their meals. Otherwise, all good. Cheers

   Food was delicious but did take a bit of time, however they did seem quite busy.Our waitress teya (or Taya) was amazing and ensured we were well taken care of telling us about my dads free birthday dessert and saved us some money. Only real downfall was the wait for food, but they were busy and our waitress gave us great service during this period, offering constant updates and extra drinks, and the guy at the front counter, when we got up to pay and mentioned the wait he was quite flippant, but it could have been a bad night for him as he did sound quite sick.

   Was super busy, service was meh...... but the food was amazing. My wife and I shared the Lamborghini, my new fav. Highly recommend the food not so much the rest of the experience.
