   Pros The food quality is to the pizza hut standard, no problems there. Their customer service is generally decent. Cons. They often run out of stock of things, and sometimes we get entirely different pizzas than we ordered. The ambient noise level of the ordering/dining area is about 70-90 decibels(think hair dryer or lawn mower). Shouting to place your order is a basic requirement. In their defense, I don't know if the Decibel level of the kitchen can be improved. And order mistakes happen at nearly every restaurant or takeaway joint.

   Ordered a extra large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it was honestly the worst pizza I have ever had and easily the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to, the pizza had weird hard like spikes on the bottom making it kind of painful to eat, there was black stuff on the box like they put it in a obviously not clean oven and the pizza was off tasting got a few slices in and felt like I was going to throw up. Waste of money honestly just get an oven pizza because it’s better than whatever pizza they have here.

   We normally always buy from here cos the pizzas and chicken wings are amazing. But tonight the pizzas were disgusting and the tear n share was also not that fantastic and then let's talk about the service.. not that fantastic either. Maybe kook at what's happening with your staff and how they speak to customers then you won't have a staffing issue.

   I ordered a $30 delivery order with a Peri Peri pizza and had no sauce on the point of a Peri Peri pizza and I selected aioli dipping sauce and received BBQ I wasn't made aware of shortage of sauces and I have tried to contact the store ample amount of times with no answer!!!!

   Absolutely useless do not buy from here. 4th time we Ordered from this place and haven't received our pizza. Only ordered 4 times to give them the benefit of the doubt but have let us down again

   If I could give it no stars I would. Pizza we had had raw dough and when speaking to a staff member she advised us it's because we added extra toppings however there were less toppings on ours than a super Supreme or meatlovers and they cook through.... When speaking to the manager she refused to give us our money back and just wanted to give us another pizza. I told her that we've had this problem before and just want our money because we no longer will eat at pizza hut. She refused and told me she doesn't want to lose a customer. Too late. Unimpressed.
