   Definitely one of the most homely and heartwarming Italian restaurants I’ve been to in Hamilton. They say it’s the little things that count — and that couldn’t be more true here. From the moment I made the reservation to being served, everything just felt so personal. The food has that comforting, home-style taste, and the ambience is cozy. What really touched me, though, was the hospitality — so warm, friendly, and thoughtful. I didn’t even ask to have my meal packed to take away, but they noticed and kindly offered to do it for me, wrapping it up so nicely. And the cherry on top — they allow BYO, so I got to enjoy not only amazing food but also my favourite wine. Thank you, Claudio, Maria, and Marco, for such a wonderful night ❤️

   Wow, what a difference from Adrianna’s. The contrast could not be starker. The food was fresh, enlightening, invigorating and sumptuous. Some of the best service I’ve had in Hamilton and the food was superb. From the fresh tomatoes lifting every meal through to the delightful desert. If you are looking for a little slice of the Bel Paese, look no further. Hats off to Claudio & Marco. What a wonderful evening. Che delizia.

   I have done this place a huge injustice by living in Hamilton for 10 years without knowing it existed!!! The interior resembles a real Italian trattoria, and the ambience is authentic. The food was brilliant, and we tried traditional pizza, bolognese snd parmigiana. Gelato and tiramisu rounded up the wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

   The authentic pasta was outstanding, with every dish bursting with flavor. I especially loved the pizza, which was cooked perfectly. The service was top-notch! We didn’t have a reservation during our dining experience, but the server made a table for us. The generous portions were a nice surprise, leaving us fully satisfied. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both romantic dinners and gatherings with friends. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine, great service, and a lovely atmosphere.

   Have been here on multiple occasions and have witnessed subtle racism every time. Differences in attitude, tone of voice and friendliness from servers, including the manager herself, when serving Caucasian customers vs non-Caucasian customers is unreal. Even offered different table options regardless of the same availability. The food is amazing but the service saddens me I will not be returning.

   Had a party of 6, visiting from the U.S. Great experience. Food was excellent, as was the service. Server recommended two wines: Durvillea Marlborough Pinot Noir and Maren Hawkes Bay Riesling. Great wines - loved them both. All said, we really enjoyed the evening.

   Best Italian food we've had in New Zealand. We had the pasta special, lasagne and a pizza, and they were all excellent authentic Italian food. Great service, plus excellent Italian beer, a must visit if you are in Hamilton.
