   Went for dinner with a group of people. Service was terrible. Asked for water for the table twice before it was brought out, one persons drink order was missed, plates and glasses weren’t cleared away. Had to call the staff over to order dessert and more drinks and ask them to take the plates. One of our group ordered a coke, was brought out a drink in a Pepsi glass - asked the staff if it was coke or Pepsi and they confirmed it was Pepsi. Didn’t check to see if it was actually wanted since it wasn’t what was ordered. Only redeeming factor was the food. Although one of our group saw the staff holding the brownie for one of our orders in the palm of her hand with no gloves while chatting to another staff member. Definitely won’t be recommending to others.

   Joe's is awesome, I think we overlooked it for far too long. We also had breakfast here about 1 year ago with family and that time too we were really impressed. The service was fantastic, didn't feel overbearing but we knew they were there if we needed them, perfect! Definitely near the top of my list for places to eat in Hamilton.

   We were served by Tiana. She was amazing! So friendly and kind and her attitude was excellent :) The eggs bene was yum, chips and gravy were deli and the chicken pieces were really good, still craving more actually. We had a hickup with the first table online order, but the boss who was dealing with us at the time was super patient and friendly too. Really lovely staff. Totally recommended!

   Haven’t been for a while but popped in for lunch with a couple of colleagues. The service was great - wait staff were very attentive and pleasant (they actually smiled - you don’t always get that these days). The meals themselves exceeded my expectations, both in flavour and size. There was also no issue with a small meal alteration I had. And I had an almond hot chocolate (which can sometimes be a bit hit-or-miss depending where you go) but it was nice and hot, and absolutely delicious… 10/10

   It was nice to visit a place that I had fond memories of and discover it’s as good as I remembered. Took our reservation and had kid’s activities ready on arrival. Order was taken by a super polite and helpful waitress and meals showed up fast. Quiet enough that you can have a conversation but still great vibe. Can’t complain

   Had a late brunch there. The food tastes amazing but portion sizes are quite small, we had ordered extra sides and it was just enough. Everything was great except when the next door office staff came and started blowing their cigarettes everywhere. It would be nice to have designated smoking areas outside, some of us just want fresh air.

   We came for an early breakfast on Saturday. I ordered a chicken burger and a banana milkshake. My husband had Joe's equivalent of a big breakfast. His potatoes were beautiful. We really enjoyed all our food. Would definitely return.
