   very good plumbing and gas fitting company, started job early in the morning with good quality work. There was a blockage found in the gas pipe after infinity installed, which was sorted out nice and quick, very good people with good communications. Everyone from the company seems very nice and friendly, quick and quality job, really appreciated the excellent job Ja and his apprentice did on the day. The boss Jared gave good price in the quote and sorting out everything quickly. Highly recommended. Will definitely use them again in the future.

   If only I could rate more than 5 stars! So impressed with the quality work Jared and the team have done with my bathroom. I had reached out to a couple of plumbers for quotes on a house I recently purchased but Proflow Plumbing really stood out with their thoughtful response and assessment. Jared even looked underneath the house to see what was causing the shower to be uneven, and noticed the floor joist needing repair - and we hadn't even accepted the job yet! They were also able to fit us in during the short week as we really needed that shower/toilet replacement asap, which I really appreciated. Job ended up revealing a funny timber that made the wall a bit crooked (and seemingly a sus job done by previous plumbers to get the old shower installed.. it's making more sense why I needed the replacement!). We remained on track to finish with Jared coming in to do some additional labour when the guys were booked out. If that is not top service, I don't know what is. The transparency and level of professionalism was amazing. Team was also prompt, tidy and were able to work around us while we were working from home. Also enjoyed hearing some ideas from Jay on how we could further reno the bathroom! Super happy I decided to go with Proflow Plumbing, they've really set the bar high. Thanks team!

   Got in touch with Jared and mentioned our ideas to him about our old hot water cylinder. He gave sound feedback and professional advice. Received a quote for the work that we wanted done. All things are detailed on the quote and he is incredibly approachable on any matter regarding the work. Wife and I agreed to go ahead. Jared was here early and finished things up fast. It was tidy and work was done with care and professionally. We’ve had experiences with other plumbers before and pretty much all of them were just tradies who just has an attitude of brashness and lets just get it done. For this reason, Jared stood out for us to do a big job because he was professional and he cared. Would definitely seek Jared’s advice again for matters in his field.
