“True professional from start to finish. I contacted Hamish via the contact page on his website. He called back within the day, had come out and looked at my home and provided a quote within 2 days. This was right before Christmas. He then came and completed my job within the first week after the Christmas and New Year break. His communication and customer service was absolutely outstanding and his prices were extremely reasonable. The job was completed to an extremely high standard. In all honesty he has to be the best tradesman I have ever dealt with. All other companies I contacted to replace my gutters were either too busy to come out, came out and looked but never came back with a quote or their quote was significantly more expensive. I find it hard to believe the 2 one star reviews below. They must have had the wrong phone number or something.”

Lightning Direct is attached to the WOF station on Brooklyn Rd. Good waiting time for work to be done. Given a fair quote for reasonable (jobs not kept up, for so long) assessed work that could be done in sections. Returned to complete one section. Very happy with the result. Plus chargers were a little under the quote. Second time back to the mechanics part, at Lightning Direct, also happy with the result. Additionally , a better payment for me as they didn't charge for what they didn't need to use. Appreciated that. Felt secure in dealing with the firm.”
