    I experienced a loss of pressure in my tyres and stopped at a petrol station (where, in South Africa, they fill our tyres and pump petrol for us). Unfortunately, there was no help available there, so I was redirected to Carters Tyre Service in Morrinsville, Waikato. The team at Carters was fantastic! A lady quickly helped me by pumping my tyres, and the gentleman who told me to just wait for a couple of minutes was incredibly kind and accommodating. I felt really well taken care of, and their customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of tyre assistance

    Amazing customer service given by Shane I pulled up just after they opened at 8am Parked like a complete Muppet(as usual) and was welcomed straight away by the staff member mentioned above, I ask if it was possible if he could fit and balance two tyres and with out hesitation he said yes. Paper work was easy very impressed by the level of service and cleanliness 10/10.
