   Arnel are the best mechanic we've had. They're upfront about not charging you for more than absolutely necessary. Sarah at reception is incredible at clearly and kindly communicating what needs to happen with the car. They're very flexible with drop off and pick-up too which is awesome for full-time workers. If you work in the north end of the city, they are conveniently located, particularly for us within walking distance of the office. They're also flexible with payment, giving options to pay in-person and online.

   I needed urgent services for a deadline WOF, I called @ 3, showed up at 3.30, on a busy day. I was treated very kindly, service was excellent, they sorted me out in less than ten minutes with a smile. 100% recommended. Thanks heaps Arnel. I'll be back!.

   Called in to get a quote for a clutch replacement, I was quickly given a quote that mentioned this work required 1-2 hours. This seemed quite short for a clutch replacement so I called back to confirm. After calling back, Sarah at reception told me that she will check for me the day after. I did not receive a call back for two days straight. Due to the nature of a slipping clutch, I was unable to confidently drive my car. I called back after the wait to follow up, and I was met with “I am flat out with work right now. No I cannot give you a estimate time on how long you need to wait. No you cannot bring your car in now as our yard is full. Bring your car somewhere else.” Absolutely disgusting mannerisms from Sarah, I cant even speak a full sentence before getting cut off. The promised “checking for you the next day” was not fulfilled and ended up wasting 3 days of my time.

   Extremely impressed by my experience with Arnel. They're right in the heart of town so it was easy to drop off the car and walk to work. We needed our air con fixed, and the communication from Arnel was consistently clear and timely as they liaised with the insurance company to sort it out. They did their best to get everything completed as quickly as possible and set us up with a courtesy car. Friendly, professional and efficient service. Sarah is an absolute star!
