Absolutely amazing. I turned up unannounced in a state because I thought my engine had seized up. They dropped everything to help me straight away and were reassuring. My car was fixed in no time at a reasonable charge and they explained everything in a way that was not patronising but easy to understand. I recommend this garage highly and I will be back.
Usually go to another garage to get my W.O.F done but were busy and needed it don, they gave me a quick booking, I arrived just as they opened the doors and was met by the owner Hamish and I couldn't have received better customer service. And Foreman Mitchell treated me in the same way. Cant understand why anyone else would give it less than 5 stars. Definitely a forever customer.

Fantastic service from everyone, and especially Mitchell who came in on his day off to do my WOF before Christmas so i could safely drive home to my family four hours away. I was nervous as I was new to the area, but they've got a customer for life now, bloody great work.
They have good customer service and are very Good at what they do. they are very fair on their prices. Being an engineer myself with a mechanical background, i know a good mechanic from a cowboy. I recommend these guys to everyone I know based around Hamilton.
