Excellent experience. From booking the service over the phone, the explanation of work completed, friendliness and professionalism of the team was great. Door is now even quieter than it was - plus it opens and shuts, perfect!
Service was top notch. Texting about arrival times in advance and technican arrived exactly at that time. Job clarified with me onsite before hand and work done quickly and to a high standard. Photos taken to confirm the job and sent with invoice. Process was faultless from start to finish.

We had an issue with our garage roller door on a Friday afternoon. ADS were able to come same day. We needed a replacement motor which was done without any fuss. The whole transaction was done effortlessly and thanks to all staff concerned.
My garage door was repaired and is working well, thank you. However, I have a couple of points for feedback in terms of customer service. When I originally decided to contact ADS, I used the online form. I completed this with all my personal details and door specifications before 'sending'. I had absolutely zero response from this and had to resort to a phone call a few weeks later to get service. During that phone call a day was arranged, and I made personal arrangements to work from home that day. I was told a technician would contact me around 9.00am to 10am to confirm a time. I received zero communication until around 4.30pm , with the technician turning up around 5.00pm. So I could have gone to work that day instead of needlessly working from home, and then had to juggle attending with the technician while preparing the evening meal. This is not a complaint, but just wanted to highlight the importance of good customer service and good customer communication with you. We are all busy and just want efficiency.
We are very happy with our new garage door and Jake and the team were very friendly and helpful.

Very prompt and effective service. The fault on my 7 year old roller door was quickly identified and explained to me. A good range of options were then provided with prices. The option I chose was then installed the next day. My thanks team.
Good service and as prompt as was possible. They did fail to give adequate notice when doing the installation, however didn't charge any extra for clearing a path in order to do work, and removing the old door. A better system for informing the purchasers of the whereabouts of the new keys would desirable, maybe a text? Good workmanship and we're very satisfied.
