   The owner sold me a Samsung flip 5 for 400.00 it was a good deal as my flip 4 was broken . I had it two days and the main screen stopped working. Took it back to him he said would have it fixed overnight a week later I spoke to him he lied and said he had to send it away . Another week later I had had enough went back in he had a mouse plugged into my phone that was apparently sent away. Still wasn't working . Then he offered me a oppo 3 lite for a extra 50 $$$. Or a 300$$ refund. I paid 450 for a phone that's retailing 120 on marketplace . I am so annoyed I would. Tell everyone to beware as I am feeling very ripped off by him

   Dropped my phone earlier on today, and this man had my phone fixed within good time and at a good price. I already had my phone replaced previously at The Base Te Rapa, and I can already say Repair Tech Cambridge is 100x more worth your buck. Phone came back better than previous repair from diff company. Staff had excellent customer service, great patience and gave detailed feedback and options. He even went the further step to offer discounts/money off when paying full price. Will 100% be becoming a regular customer at this store.

   Took my laptop in to get my charging port replaced. They did the job, but when they gave it back to me there was a crack right through the middle of the screen. When I brought it in there was definitely no crack through the middle. They took no responsibility for it and said the crack was already there. They refused to do anything about it. I do not recommend and I will not return.
