   Paid $400 for a “comprehensive” service and specifically asked them to check an oil leak. Was told they’d inspected it and found no issues. Got home to find the car still obviously leaking - so clearly it wasn’t checked at all. When I called back, the person I spoke to was dismissive and rude. Won’t be returning. Two stars only because the initial customer service on my first visit was friendly.

   I usually give my car for servicing at the dealership, however, for a change I thought I would give it to SD European, seeing their high reviews as well as their package deals. The staff are absolutely amazing. Kept me in the loop with everything, as well as informed me about getting my WOF done for free if I joined their membership. The staff at reception are just amazing! They made the whole process as easy as possible. I apologise for not remember the names of the staff that I was dealing with but as well I would love to thank the other staff member that I dealt with with regards to my WOF! Was an absolute gem! As well since I finish work late they as well ensured me that the car could be picked up after work and provided for that. Absolutely, one of the best service centres! Thank you for as well cleaning the car, inside and out! Thank you to the team! Did an absolutely amazing job and so glad I have found my new favourite place! You definitely will be seeing me again!
