We ended up buying two smartmotion bikes. This is a big investment for us, but I am sure the bikes will save us a lot in the long term. My hubby needed a hearing test plus we needed to do a few messages in town so I accompanied him to his test, the lovely receptionist offered us coffee while we waiting, coffee was good! “I am a first time shopper with Frames Footwear. I was after a pair of Bresley shoes and they had what I wanted. I sent off a request at 10am, and was kept informed all the way. The courier collected the shoes around 4pm and I received them by 3.30pm the following day and I live North of Auckland. So from Dunedin to the North of Auckland in one day is absolutely fantastic. I received a lovely hand-written note from Tom. There was a wee issue with the shoes (they squeaked) so I sent an email to Tom, which he answered straight away and sent me up a pottle of beeswax (which once again was received within 24 hours). This has fixed the squeaking. I can't thank you enough for the good old fashioned wonderful service. So much appreciated, and I will be shopping with you again. :)”

Our washing machine broke over the Easter weekend, and I left him a message on Monday, even though it was still a public holiday. He still went out of his way to respond, answered my questions, and gave an honest quote along with helpful feedback that our old machine might not be worth fixing. Since we're currently renting, we were able to pass the quote straight to our landlord, who then decided not to go ahead with the repair. “Highly recommend this company, I had a charging issue with my truck, Paul (manager) had one of his workers diagnosis the issue straight away, he spent approximately half an hour checking and identifying the issue, there was no charge for the diagnosis, (rarely seen these days), HDL were able to sorce replacement parts instantly and had my truck booked into the workshop the next day, I also had HDL look at another electrical problem, and this was also corrected and truck is running better than ever, Jacob who worked on my truck both times really did a thorough job and his work is impeccable, definitely an asset to HDL auto's , thanks team much appreciated...John”

“We needed a replacement heat pump to meet the needs of our home both now and into the future. Stefan took the time needed to assess what our living space would look like following the renovations we have planned. Turns out we didn't need to go as big as we thought and so we saved quite a bit of money. Once we confirmed, the unit was installed about a week later. The installer even got rid of our old rusted out unit for us. Highly recommend HeatCo Dunedin.”
