A lovely wee gem of a bakery! The cabinet looked amazing, and the staff were really friendly. We had a lemon cream cheese scone and a choc chip cookie, both of which were delicious and reasonably priced. Coffee was great too — I highly recommend the cardamom latte.
This coffee shop place is consider small but the food is amazing. I tried the cheese scone and chocolate cake. Will come back to try other menus, looks appetising. They have whole cake for celebration. Good price and friendly staff.
Cheese scone was tasty, soft and a decent portion. The chocolate eclair is drool worthy and I still think about it. The lemon tart tasted like iron to me - but I think others would enjoy it. Good service but not much space to dine in, but there are picnic blankets available to use at the park across the road. Will return to try some more goodies :)
A couple of trips to The Tart Tin were a highlight of visiting Dunedin. Get there early to have the best selection of mouth-watering sweet and savoury treats to choose from. Every pastry I bought was delicious. The Cheddar and Parmesan scone was amazing. If you have trouble deciding, the friendly team behind the counter can assist with suggestions. Great service and food. Definitely worth checking out to sample the tasty delights from chef Matt Cross and his team. Thanks for a great experience!
I chose the lemon meringue pie. It was delightful. The coffee was good and the service was warm. I will definitely need back.
Seriously good coffee and great food. The staff are super friendly also. You can also borrow picnic blankets and have a picnic in the park across the road. Definitely worth visiting!
Fantastic wee bakery. Good selection of sweet treats at great prices too. Brownie Choc Au Pain was to die for!
Great sweet baked goods, and always constantly good coffees. Service with a smile. Eclairs are so good, melt in mouth. Tasty cake / tart selection plus more. Yum. Photo at home as desert.
This place is fantastic, firstly super friendly and amazing service. The pies were incredible and the coffee was great too. Definitely would recommend going if you're in dunedin Wednesday or Friday.
