Quite remarkable service. I live out of town and contacted Jeremy to see if it was worth fixing our microwave. He gave me instructions and advice via text and even found the part that I needed online for me to purchase. There's no benefit to him to offer this service to me, he's clearly just a genuinely nice guy. I would totally take any appliances I needed fixed to him and I am so impressed by his help, I'll be telling anyone who will listen about this exemplary service that I received. Had a very bizarre experience. I originally reached out to Jeremy just from reading his highly positive reviews. My dryer was making a loud humming noise when it was put on cycles. Initial conact was tough. I texted asking him to come over but first he wanted me to open up the dryer myself and look around to see if anything was flogged or worn out. I checked as much as I could that i was comfortable with. We had some back and forth texts, at this point I was basically asking at this point to come look at it and finally he agreed to come over. He didnt really communicate much with me while I was with him downstairs diagnosing the dryer and explaining what was happening when were using it. He said I had a "basic" dryer and it was easy to get to everything inside will no real hassle. He took it apart and checked everything, nothing seemed out of the ordinary. He replaced a bearing and showed me the belt was worn and would snap soon so he would order a replacement. He put everything back together and then tested the dryer again. It did sound better at the time. He shrugged and said "Your guess is as good as mine" Later that night the dryer began to make the humming sound and was even worse than before. Couple of weeks went by and the belt finally snapped so the dryer stopped spinning. I reached out again to see if he had ordered the belt.My wife and I decided it was better to just a new dryer as we had this one for about 5 years and used it multiple times a week. I let him know to disregard text as we were going to buy a new one. He replied with "K, take out the bearing when you toss it out and I will come and get it". That was the last I heard from him. 2 months later I now get the bill for the "work" that was "completed". It wasn't much and I get its his time and labor but all he did was take apart the dryer then put it back together and the bearing he replaced wasn't the issue at all. With so many positive reviews I am disappointed my experience did not reflect them and I won't use him again.
I ended up not using Jeremy's services, but I still wanted to leave a review to let him know he's definitely earned a future customer. Our washing machine broke over the Easter weekend, and I left him a message on Monday, even though it was still a public holiday. He still went out of his way to respond, answered my questions, and gave an honest quote along with helpful feedback that our old machine might not be worth fixing. Since we're currently renting, we were able to pass the quote straight to our landlord, who then decided not to go ahead with the repair. It was basically a free consultation, and I really appreciated Jeremy's honesty and integrity. We'll definitely be calling him in the future if we ever need help with our washing machine!
Fisher and Paykel double drawer dishwasher. I cannot speak highly of this business by looking at the reviews I'm guessing I was speaking with Jeremy over email I sent through my issues and got an email back straight away at 8pm he was so patient and talked me through what I needed to do step by step to try and solve the issue I came home today to put it back together as he said and it is now working perfectly I cannot thankyou enough top notch

Totally agree with other reviwers here, Jeremy provides honest assessment and knows his stuff. He offered various possible solutions freely by text to try before we worked out he would have to come and look at our dishwasher in person. Recommended.
I can fully recommend Appliance King to anyone who has a problem with their whiteware appliances that are causing problems.I textJeremy and explained that my washing machine had flooded the laundry and would he be able to to call out and see if he could fix the problem. He was here within the hour and assessed and fixed the machine in no time at all. He did not charge for his time. He was very pleasant and professional who obviously knows his stuff. The machine is working beautifully now. It is difficult to find someone at short notice and is honest and has integrity. Jeremy certainly has these very qualities and I can certainly recommend him highly to anyone who is needing help . Thankyou very much Jeremy.
I could not recommend Jeremy / appliance king more highly if I tried! Jeremy was an absolute pleasure, he offered help via text to stop the issue with my dishwasher until he could come help the next day - he let me know when he was on his way, was very lovely and when asked for his honest opinion he gave it to me (meaning he would not get profit from it as I need to get a new dishwasher and not just fix it) which really meant a lot. Genuine knowledgeable guy providing a great service!
