Had my bike in for a service at Evo Dunedin, their texting notifications kept me up to date, when I got the bike back it was sparkling clean the seat post worked heaps better and the gear changes were crisp. I didn’t realise they needed attention until I felt how good they were post service. Great job Evo Dunedin

This Bike shop amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐the crew where the best and the service was so good that I had good chats with the crew. Ezekiel,Jamie,Alex and the other crew member where so good that They ordered my part and made sure they fit . They made sure that I got everthing I needed. They go above and beyond for me and my needs. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help with anything from small repairs to full bike builds. They take the time to explain what needs to be fixed and often give helpful tips on how to keep my bike in top condition. The turnaround time is quick, and the prices are fair for the quality of work they do. Whether I need a tune-up, new parts, or just some advice, my local bike shop is always my first choice. They are also my friends on the trail. I saw them on the trail and they where not scared to approach me and ride with me and my friends. They offered to do to my small repairs for pretty much nothing. They are very good at there job in the shop and there skill on the trail that they are really into the biking sport and that they want to express there knowledge that they have learnt over the years to the general public. This is what I want from a bike shop and I will buy from Evo Dunedin again

Very fast service and good communication. Fixed about 5 major problems on my bike for super cheap, and only charged $30 for time!
Your guys are amazing!!! You went above and beyond for my sons 8th birthday, We went to view bikes on Thurs 2/03/23 for my sons birthday on mon 6/.03/23 You were so helpful on deciding on one giving great advice. He chose one but unfortunately there was a stock error and the bike would have to be ordered and wouldn’t be here in time for his birthday. This is what they told me on the Friday. Would he (my son)like to choose another style or wait. He decided to wait On Monday 6/03/23 (son’s birthday) I was rung to say that the bike was ready to be picked up they made it up straight away knowing it was his present. it has been the best present ever he absolutely loves it and we always get comments on what a nice bike it is You guys are amazing !!! Can’t thank you enough I will deff recommend you and come in and get some Accessories for our bikes soon
Great customer service. 5 year old son somehow broke his front brakes after having his bike for a month. Staff replaced within 10 mins. Highly recommend this store
