5+ Star Rating. I was in a panic as I dropped my iP13 Pro Max on a tiled floor and smashed the back - 4 days out from an overseas trip. I have used other repairers in Dunedin and they always advertise quick turnaround but want your phone overnight or 3 days and the price is expensive. Mihot had the right colour in stock, offered a very competitive price, 3 hours to swap out same day - this suited me very well. Whilst I was at it I dropped off an iP7 in need of a new battery. All done and dusted in 3 hours same day, super good pricing. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful - what a Lifesaver!!! I will be back and I will be recommending your services. Sincere thanks!
I took my iPhone 12 to this store for repair and had a terrible experience. After the service, the screen had issues and dust inside the camera. I went back four times, and each time they only did a simple cleaning without actually fixing the problem. The attendant even had the audacity to say that “it doesn’t interfere because the camera still works,” which is unacceptable. I paid for a service that should have returned my phone in perfect condition, and that did not happen. I do not recommend this store and will never return.
Took a phone in there the other day to get a screen replaced. The price seemed reasonable, but when I went to pick it up Yogi claimed that it needed a new charging port, which I told him was incorrect as it was charging fine when I took it to him. When we brought it home it was no longer charging, so once again we took it back to be "fixed" at no cost. Now it's looking like the microphone has been disabled and it's pretty much useless as a phone. Avoid this business at all costs.
Good service, extremely quick turnaround. Price was about average. Small issue with replacement display (backlight bleed/bright spot) but I've had the phone for over 5 years now and don't really care about it. Was more important to get the phone back asap as i needed it for work. Would definitely use these guys again
Switched the motherboard with all data and contacts over from broken old phone to a new replacement in minutes. Great service!
