“While on vacation, our rental car had a flat. The car company told us to get the tire repaired at Bridgestone Central Dunedin. We were concerned that we might spend too much of our holiday waiting for repairs, but no worries! Ricky Campbell had a new tire on and air pressure checked in all 4 in less than 20 minutes, and had us back on holiday before we knew it. Thank you for quick, efficient, and friendly service!”

“Our salesperson Sov was excellent. He was informative, knowledgeable and genuine. We looked no further and bought on the spot. After the purchase we received the wrong product but realise until we had it home. Following a call and store visit to get the correct product, Dane and Josh were also amazing. Helpful, understanding and accommodating. A true throw back to the days of excellent customer service. What a refreshing experience. The store manager who gave us the wrong dishwasher to begin with and couldn't muster anything more than a "where's your receipt" could learn an awful lot from the excellent team of salespeople that clearly make the store a success.”

“Bloody awesome bunch of guys and gals and an excellent selection of rifles. They were very accommodating and were more than willing to change various components such as stock, barrel, scope and rings to a rifle I had purchased the previous day no questions asked. They even gave me some free kit on top of the discount! I had already been around to the other gun shops in dunedin and these guys were by far the best with the widest range of rifles and accessories with the best prices. Don't waste ya time going anywhere else because you'll end up going to gun city in the end believe you me. The only criticism I have of the place is that they had 3 coffees freshly brewed sitting on the counter and they didn't offer me one lol :) na awesome service and bloody friendly!”
