I had a puncture today and popped into Bridgestone tyre centre for some help and advice, wow I was super impressed with the whole team who could not have been nicer. They did a tyre check and it turns out that I needed some new tyres to be safe on the roads. They talked me through the options and then got on with the job and I left feeling really satisfied with the whole experience. I would totally recommend them for their total service package.
While on vacation, our rental car had a flat. The car company told us to get the tire repaired at Bridgestone Central Dunedin. We were concerned that we might spend too much of our holiday waiting for repairs, but no worries! Ricky Campbell had a new tire on and air pressure checked in all 4 in less than 20 minutes, and had us back on holiday before we knew it. Thank you for quick, efficient, and friendly service!
Kurt is awesome (and the rest of the team), helped me out when I had a puncture, needed 2 new tyres so sorted the best price he could for tyres and included getting them on the car! Can't remember the guys name that works here but has looked after both mine and my partners cars, gets things sorted at the drop of a hat and goes the extra mile, even polished my partners cars headlights and helped putting replacement wiper blades on, he even ran a scan on my car yesterday to figure out why I had a engine light on while I got two tyres replaced
Highly recommend Bridgestone St Andrews Street, fast, reliable, honest service. Dropped in this morning, no booking, just there to get a nail out of my tyre or so I thought. Turned out that the tyre had cracking throughout the tread, which if left, had the potential to open up causing a blowout. Also turned out that my rim was cracked so not a quick fix as first thought. However I was given a replacement second hand tyre,the rim was sent out to be repaired and all done by 3.30pm same day. Bloody legends! Great communication and showed me evidence of the problems.I will definitely be going back for any tyre related needs.
If you're a woman, don't go here. They guy will rip you off. Told me I needed to replace all of my tyres otherwise I won't get a warrant. Took it somewhere else, they said the tyres would last another two warrants (and gave me a warrant). Never going here again.
Dropped in out of the blue for puncture repair, they were a man down and flat out and still fixed my tyre instantly. Well done guys and thanks for your help.
