   We don't usually go to Liquorland. We usually go to a supermarket for a wine. No biggy, just lazy. At Liquorland, we were surprised that the selection was good and the staff were very helpful. So, good points for that. Not sure about the prices, possibly more expensive, but the range was somewhat wider, and the staff more helpful. So, better overall. But YMMV.

   I've never experienced good service in this store. Often when I walk in staff are either out the back or chatting in a corner of the store. No offers of help to locate items or even a greeting. I went in to buy a bottle last week. I approached the counter and greeted an older woman who seemed highly put out that she had to stop what she was doing to serve me. No smile or banter. Just a cold transaction. I wouldn't rush back.
