On top of that Kelly was explaining everything she was doing to make sure I was not surprised by anything and made me at ease, it almost felt relaxing even if it’s a tattoo procedure. Also she wanted to make sure everything was perfect and didn’t hesitate to take a bit more time if any doubt that the both sides were not 100% even.
