   I am 68 and have covid complication and found that I needed a doctor's prescription to access Paxlovid which my medical center arranged instantly and they then called and found one of the few pharmacy in Dunedin who would provide the medicine as the NZ govt on 1 st of July changed all the rules. So I contacted Antidote Mornington who were extremely friendly, efficient, professional, and co ordinated the process, I even got a call to say stay in the car and we will bring it out to you..the Pharmacist also talked me through what Paxlovid is and the side effects to monitor.

   weird pharmacy, went in to buy something over the counter no one served me but 4 staff running round back. they made eye contact no greeting or we will be with you soon. I left with nothing after standing there 5 minutes. worst pharmacy I've ever been too

   The Saturday after Matariki I rang to get repeats, no answer, no phone message. Their site said they were open so I drove there just to discover a note on the door saying they were closed for Matariki weekend (?). Nice to have a three day weekend but try to let your customers know. A phone message or adjust your internet information.....slack.

   I organized regular APs with this pharmacy to have all prescriptions delivered to me as they get them. First script in and I waited 5 days for it. I called up today and they said that staff should be reading the pop ups but "it doesn't always happen like that" NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I am both physically and mentally unwell. I am so gutted as I enjoyed supporting my local pharmacy but after that phone conversation... Nope. Never again. Stopping my AP. Man on the phone even said if I'm that upset about it ie NOT RECEIVING SOMETHING I PAY FOR then I should take my business elsewhere. Which I will. Blister pack is free, monthly and they actually read all the important patient information. Absurd. This isn't a beauty product or an optional extra!!! it's medication that controls my quality of life.

   Wouldn't recommend, staff are rude and turn up there noses, they also will whisper to each other while starring at you was the most unpleasant visit I've ever experienced. Not good for mental health!! worst pharmacy in town!!

   It's great they are so close to the Medical Centre but the customer service is shocking. The staff look miserable and stare at you whilst filling prescriptions, its odd.

   Great service, with friendly staff who remember you! It's not a huge store but it has a huge variety of items - a great stop off if you need a gift or picking up a prescription. Also has a blood pressure machine to try out while you wait.
