   Absolutely disgusting service. There were 2 ladies serving, 1 young lady who basically gave me sorry look because Shona [ Shop Assistant ] was talking to this gentleman about a dodgey couple they both knew at the counter, when I walked in I could hear them talking quite loudly. The gentleman even mentioned, I'd better go, you've got customers, shona just said yeah, and carried on talking as though there weren't about 7 people waiting to be served. Very Poor. Your customers mustn't be all that important now adays

   You do get good deals on some items but there are hardly any signs in the aisles that indicate whats in them. The staff aren't very inviting too. Edit: I used the click & collect service and it was pretty good. Checkout operator was helpful and friendly. However, I never got a ready to collect notification and ended up calling the store.

   I went to shop for buying "in-store only" item. Many shelves were look bit empty. Thankfully i was able to get items that i was looking for. However the staff who was helping me to checkout, she might have a bad day or something.. she was standing about two steps backwards from counter and she was mumbling so I couldn't understand what was she saying. Not all staff need to be friendly to every customer but at least should have clear communication skill.

   Bargain Chemist have redeemed themselves. I initially wrote a 2 star review 6 months ago, but have since changed this to a 5 star. I went into the store on Monday and it was quite busy. The staff were very helpful and lovely. I understand it can get very busy and not everyone is in a great mood, but I felt much better this time and I was able to get a great price on my purchased items.

   Received my order with 2 items missing yet the invoice states that the items were shipped with the order and one of the conditioners that I ordered was replaced by a different one under that hair care line without consultation. I have emailed them and I'm yet to receive a response but I wouldn't recommend this place . My order took almost 2 weeks before it arrived and I didn't even receive my full money's worth ,a classic case of poor service and even poorer customer care .Do better bargain chemist .
