    Compassionate and helpful to the highest level, helped my daughter out at a time of urgent need and her medical center was closed. Went far and beyond to make sure she was going to be ok. This is why community pharmacies are so important. I encourage everyone to support their local pharmacy. You don't get this level of kindness and care at big box corporate stores.

    I have used this fabulous chemist for 22 years and currently prefer to go out of my way to visit here than other chemists. In all the time here I've never ever heard an angry word or any negativity from any staff in all those 22 years and I don't think many businesses could lay claim to that trait. The staff are always polite, friendly, down to earth, helpful and very very caring and it's been consistent ever since 2001. I was absolutely heartbroken with the news of dear Debbie and will ALWAYS "see" Debbie at Albany Street when I visit but although I was so upset at the tragic news the staff have been absolutely brilliant especially Leanne and Caitlin. I've known Judy ever since Humpries on the main street way back and you all truly make me happy when I call in for my meds. The shop is very very clean, very well organised and very well stocked. My thoughts are with you Greg and all the staff but eternal gratitude for all your loving compassion and professional down to earth msnners. I've lived in 4 countries and travelled the world and I can literally say hand on heart that you're the best chemist in the whole world xo

    Rushed into pharmacy today. Really needed a dummy for baby. They didn't have any... random, every pharmacy has that surely ?? The most limited baby section I have ever seen. Would not recomend this pharmancy for families.
