Eachann at Tilemax Dunedin was super friendly and helpful and did a great job helping me design the shower and floor layout and choose the tiles. Flawless service all around. The result is absolutely what I pictured. I don’t generally post reviews, but wanted to share my gratitude.
The team at Tilemax were really helpful and friendly in getting our bathroom tiles sorted. Quickly (a few minutes) ran some 3D renders so we could see the end result. Great selection of tiles and all the bits and pieces for the renovation. Highly recommend and will be heading back there again for any future tiling :)
Nathan and the Team at Tilemax were incredible helpful, friendly and professional. Nathan went the extra mile to help us get the Tiles to our home safe and sound, and when coming in to pick up the Tiles he was happy to help us load them into our car. We have been very impressed by the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff at Tilemax Dunedin. After visiting several tile suppliers we returned to Tilemax, feeling the passion they have for tiles and tiling, and their excellent knowledge. Eichann has a very good sense of design, and understood and worked with our concepts, taking time to work through a wide range of tiles, explaining about different tile sizes and types. The tiles we chose were very good quality at a very reasonable price. Delivery was arranged to our rural freight depot, and a few tiles broken in shipping were promptly replaced. Also, Eichann arranged for tiles to be held for us at the suppliers warehouse, to ensure we could access the same batch if we needed more tiles. The friendly atmosphere at Tilemax Dunedin included our beloved Labrador who was always made welcome.
We had a great experience working with Tilemax Dunedin. It was our first time building so we didn’t really know what to do. Eachann was super helpful and really great at communicating. No question or query was a problem. The tiles are so beautiful and really complement our home. We highly recommend working with Eachann and Nathan at Tilemax Dunedin.
