    Went in there as DIYer asking for a colour match and test pot. During conversation it was discovered they only colour match by eye which takes some work. I also explained I was not a tradesman, which I then I got my paint sample thrown back at me with a “Go to Bunnings, I’m not wasting my time..” I was naive to the process and wasn’t demanding anything at all. It was quite possibly the most rudest encounter I’ve ever had in my life. I called Dulux head office and filed a complaint because you don't treat well meaning people like that.
