    I was fortunate enough to be helped by Alex in finding a wedding suit, which he also made it easy for me to get the jacket and pants altered via LookSmart. Absolutely fantastic customer service and knowledge which is rare these days. I ended up popping into the Riccarton branch some time later and he was there and remembered my name. It's the little things that make an experience memorable and by far Alex definitely made it that bit more special!

    I purchased an item at Riccarton shop and had to pick from Hornby. Unfortunately item did not fit me . I was asked to get refund from Riccarton. As advised by Riccarton staff this was suppose to be refunded at Hornby. I had to run between two shops to get this sorted. I believe staff should be totally aware of these type of situations .

    Generally love this Brand but this particular branch let me down. Called to check they had gift vouchers available, lady said yep pop down. I drove nearly half an hour to get there...to be told Oh sorry actually we don’t have any..but you could get them online.
