I love the look of this store along with the wonderful staff who make me feel at home, in fact last time I bought a Frank Green from here they even filled it up for me.     The store its self is so nice, very modern feel, but the staff are unbelievably rude Probably the worst customer services I have ever experienced they don’t even have to say anything it’s the way that they look they don’t greet you it’s terrible, and it’s not good including being in the heart of Merivale where most people have travelled all over the world and customer service in a store like that needs to be top notch and its soo bad.. a shame

    Felt like treating myself to some new clothes and walked in to two women with a horrible scowl on their faces. They were awful and totally unapproachable. They belittled the fact that i used afterpay as a method of payment. Multiple friends have said the exact same. These women need a lesson on friendly customer service and to realise they dont own merivale.
